Refund Policy

TagoIO offers refunds in certain situations if you forgot to cancel your plan or later decided to cancel it. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, follow the steps below.

How to initiate the refund process

If you are entitled to a refund, complete these steps:

  1. Downgrade your plan to the free plan to avoid any further charges.
  2. Do not delete your account.
  3. Open a ticket requesting a refund.

When are you entitled to a refund

You may be entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  1. You were charged for your next monthly plan within the last 14 days and had no service usage during that period (no use of SMS, email, Data Input, or Data Output).
  2. You were charged for your next yearly plan within the last 14 days (applies only to yearly plans).

When a payment method different from credit card is used, there may be an additional bank or processing fee associated with the refund process.
